By accessing or using interviewd ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your email address up to date.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@interviewd.fyi if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you post, including interview experiences, discussion posts, and comments. By posting content, you grant interviewd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make your content available to other users of the Platform.

You agree that your content will not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contain false or intentionally misleading information
• Include personal or confidential information about other individuals without their consent
• Contain spam, malware, or other harmful content

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other user accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or harvest data from the Platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove or hide any content that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the community. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The interviewd name, logo, and platform design are the property of interviewd. You may not use our branding without prior written permission. All other trademarks, trade names, and logos referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by users. Interview experiences and advice shared on the Platform reflect individual experiences and should not be taken as guaranteed outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, interviewd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or employment opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an update on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
